Five-year-old Teodor learned to walk, in part thanks to SCENAR
When Teodor was two years old, he couldn't sit up or walk on his own. He had a developmental delay, and the prognosis was not encouraging. "For the first two years, we tried various treatments, and progress was very slow," recalls his mother, Klaudia H.
